Standard license grant
A standard CreatorsServices license permits the customer to connect the licensed product to up to 3 websites owned by that customer. Activation limits apply per license unless the product or order explicitly provides different terms.
Activation and deactivation
Activations are recorded by the CreatorsServices licensing service. You may deactivate a website and use the available activation on another eligible website you own. Attempting to manipulate activation records or circumvent license checks is prohibited.
License keys
License keys provide access to protected services and should be treated as confidential. Do not publish, resell, transfer or share a key in a way that gives another party unauthorized access to downloads, updates or support.
Updates, downloads and support
A valid service license may provide access to protected distribution packages, theme updates and customer support according to the product entitlement. Access can be restricted where a key is revoked for fraud, refund, chargeback, abuse or material breach of these terms.
Open-source components
WordPress themes may include code or components distributed under the GNU General Public License or other open-source licenses. Nothing in these License Terms removes rights granted to you by those licenses. CreatorsServices license keys, hosted update/download services, support services and any separately identified proprietary assets remain subject to the applicable service and asset terms.
Ownership and trademarks
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of CreatorsServices trademarks, branding, service infrastructure, license keys or hosted systems. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Suspension or termination
Access to protected licensing services may be suspended for confirmed abuse, fraud, unauthorized key sharing, chargeback or attempts to compromise the service. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
